Tips S.r.l. Unipersonale is committed to making its website (tipsmarketing.it) accessible in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) and in conformity with WCAG 2.2 – Level AA, published by the W3C.

Compliance Status

The website tipsmarketing.it is currently partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, due to the non-compliances described in the following section.

Non-Accessible Content

The following content is not fully compliant with accessibility guidelines:

• Some online forms may not have associated labels or may lack comprehensible error messages;
• Some links or buttons may not have clear text descriptions for users with assistive technologies;
• Some interactive visual elements may not meet the accessibility criteria introduced in version 2.2 (e.g. minimum touch target of 24x24px, persistent focus, etc.);
• A “Skip to main content” link that allows keyboard users to bypass the initial navigation menu may be missing.

Corrective Measures in Progress

We are working to improve full accessibility of the site, through:

• Periodic checks using automated tools (e.g. WAVE, Lighthouse, axe DevTools);
• Manual testing with real users and assistive technologies (NVDA, VoiceOver, keyboard only);
• Staff training on web accessibility and creating inclusive content.
